Company information and contact

Help people feel welcome

Be patient with beginners and with experienced pilots trying a different game loop. Challenge claims with evidence, without targeting the person. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, share sexual content involving minors, publish someone’s private information or encourage harm. Respect a block or a declined friend request; do not use another account to bypass it.

Keep the knowledge useful

Explain the patch, steps and sources behind a factual correction. Separate first-hand testing from speculation. Do not fabricate ship ownership, testing results, identities, reviews or completed trades. Submit article and keybind corrections through the same peer-review workflow. A contributor cannot approve their own work merely by being a friend of a reviewer.

Share responsibly

Upload only permitted content with accurate credit and meaningful captions. Do not distribute malware, stolen personal data, scams, misleading download links or unlawful goods. Keep listings accurate, state material limitations and update availability. A positive experience is someone’s report, not a platform-backed guarantee. Do not manipulate ranks, ratings, reports or membership with fake accounts or coordinated voting.

Report a concern

Use the relevant report control or Support. Include the affected page or message, the rule or suspected illegality, and enough factual context to review it. Submit your own honest report; do not solicit duplicate reports to punish someone. Do not publicly repost private information as evidence. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

A threshold of three distinct member reports can temporarily quarantine eligible public content while it is reviewed. This is a reversible precaution. Private one-to-one messages have only one other participant who can report them, so they go to staff review without this automatic threshold. Reports are allegations, and reaching the public-content threshold is not a finding that the content is illegal or that a member broke a rule. Moderators assess the evidence and can restore content or take a supported action.

Understand a decision and ask for review

Significant moderation actions should be accompanied by a clear notice, a reason that can safely be shared and a next step. Reporter identities and unrelated private information are not included simply to explain a decision. If you disagree, open a Support request, identify the decision and explain what is incorrect or what changed. A human reviewer can consider the appeal. An appeal does not authorize retaliation or reposting restricted content to evade the restriction.

Review permissions are limited. Cosmetic ranks and the Founder badge do not automatically grant moderation powers. Moderators should recuse themselves from their own submissions or disputes. Misuse of reporting or moderation access can itself be reviewed.
