Delivery, investigation and recovery jobs
Read the objective, identify the item and finish the handoff.
Read the objective, identify the item and finish the handoff.
This lesson covers a small carried-package delivery. Investigation, retrieval from a wreck and freight hauling can add different objectives. Read the offer instead of treating every Delivery entry as the same route.
mobiGlas > Contracts > Verified or Unverified > offer
Read the issuer, pickup, destination, required item, reward and timer. Use Accept Offer only after the trip fits your ship and remaining session time; find the accepted entry afterward.
The job appears in Accepted and you understand its objective.
An unofficial offer can involve illegal activity. An empty offer list can reflect location or eligibility; do not travel to a remembered pickup without an active contract.

mobiGlas > Contracts > Verified or Unverified > offer
Read the issuer, pickup, destination, required item, reward and timer. Use Accept Offer only after the trip fits your ship and remaining session time; find the accepted entry afterward.
Expected result: The job appears in Accepted and you understand its objective.
If it did not work: An unofficial offer can involve illegal activity. An empty offer list can reflect location or eligibility; do not travel to a remembered pickup without an active contract.
SC Nomads preflight: a cockpit-only craft can be a poor choice for a carried parcel. Use an accessible interior and preserve the route between its door and your chosen storage spot.
Ship access rehearsal
Open the ship, walk from entrance to a clear parcel spot and back out. Confirm you can reach that spot again after landing. Bring food, water and a modest medical supply for the trip.
Expected result: The parcel has a reachable place and you have a return route.
If it did not work: Avoid placing it in a doorway, elevator path or behind cargo you cannot move. Nominal cargo capacity alone does not prove convenient access.
With a friend, decide who carries and who flies. Keep the first route together so one person is not left at pickup while the other takes the parcel away.
Contracts > Accepted > chosen job > Share
Once in a party, choose the accepted contract and use Share. Have the partner accept the invitation and open their own contract entry.
Expected result: Both players can read the shared objective.
If it did not work: If Share is absent or the invitation was declined, do not assume the task is shared. Check eligibility and the actual contract before promising a split.
Field note: CIG documents equal rewards for accepted party shares. Agree that expectation before departure; helping informally does not prove the same automatic payout applies.
Match the marked item to your accepted job before moving it. A nearby loot box or another player’s parcel is not a substitute.
Interaction Mode > visible carry / pickup option
At the named object, inspect the available actions and select its carry interaction. Check what you are holding and whether the objective advanced.
Expected result: The intended parcel is in your hands and the task state is understood.
If it did not work: If a locker or terminal must release it first, follow that objective prompt. Do not force an unrelated container or conclude that every visible box belongs to the job.
This named example adds a server-download job to the general pickup method. The original player walkthrough was written for Alpha4.10.1 LIVE12660092 and updated26September2026. The current4.10.2 mission record still separates downloading from delivering the drive; its room route has not been gameplay verified here.
Accepted Moraine Data Retrieval > objective marker > displayed elevator destination
The dated route uses the base elevator to Customs. Follow the current server objective, allowing for hostile occupants. Read the elevator destination before travelling; a different live layout takes priority over this example.
Expected result: You reach the area serving the server objective, not an unrelated loot room.
If it did not work: If the route is blocked or the objective differs, stop and reassess the accepted task. This example supplies no enemy-count or safe-room guarantee.
Objective data drive > server interaction > completed download
The player procedure takes a data drive, inserts it in the server, waits, then stores the written drive. Use the displayed interactions and check the download result before retrieving the objective item.
Expected result: The download objective advances and you can identify the written drive you are carrying.
If it did not work: A download animation alone does not prove that the item reached your inventory. Check the actual item and objective before leaving; no fixed duration or key chord is established here.
Updated delivery objective > designated drop-off
The dated return is Levski: from its hangar, take the elevator one level down and find the drop-off station. Confirm the current destination and submit the written drive where the accepted contract directs.
Expected result: The contract records delivery/completion after hand-in.
If it did not work: If the current destination differs, follow it. Merely landing at Levski or carrying the drive is not confirmed completion; secure the item while checking an unresponsive handoff.
Field note: Source-reviewed route example, not a current-build success guarantee. Loot, blueprint probabilities, payouts, reputation gates and universal time limits are outside this example.
SC Nomads handling drill: carry one item, place it, then check it before moving the ship.
Held-object interaction > available placement option
At the clear spot aboard, use the displayed placement action. Look at the parcel after letting go and confirm it remains within reach. Close the ship before departure.
Expected result: The parcel is physically aboard and can be picked up again.
If it did not work: Do not rely on a universal “stow box” shortcut. Object size and storage support differ; a handheld parcel need not fit inside armor or a backpack.
Small route note
For more than one parcel, record the destination beside each identifying label. Keep completed and unfinished handoffs separate in your notes.
Expected result: You can choose the correct parcel at arrival without random trial.
If it did not work: If labels or objectives disagree, stop and compare the accepted jobs. Avoid stacking a second contract while the first item is already ambiguous.
Read the destination again after pickup. Carry the correct parcel to the exact handoff marker.
Destination interaction
Read the locker, terminal or placement prompt and complete that specific handoff. Keep watching until the objective updates.
Expected result: The game acknowledges the item or advances to the next required stop.
If it did not work: A box on the floor beside a locker is not a receipt. Check the recipient label and the remaining objective before moving other items.
One completed, understood route is a better first result than several unexplained boxes left behind.
Contracts > task outcome
Read the completion or remaining objective, and check your balance. If another stop remains, return for its parcel rather than treating the first handoff as the entire job.
Expected result: The job’s result is explicit.
If it did not work: If it stalls, note the contract name, build, item, location and the last successful checkpoint. Use that evidence for an Issue Council report or a correction to this guide.
A quiet delivery location can still contain other players or hazards. Keep a route back to the ship and an affordable replacement kit.
This is an objective-reading method, not a guarantee that every mission variant works in the current patch. Check the current known-issues page before repeating a failing contract.
The item is gone after loading.: Stop before flying the remaining route. Recheck its physical location and objective state. Record the exact handling step if it has fallen through geometry; repeated loading is not a guaranteed fix.
A handoff does not register.: Compare parcel, recipient and active objective. Note whether the problem began at pickup, transport or delivery. Do not abandon a valuable chain merely to test a guessed reset.
My partner has no objective or reward.: Party membership and accepting a shared contract are separate. Reopen Accepted together and check the shared job before continuing; do not assume being aboard automatically enrolls someone.
