What do these words mean?

Concierge: RSI account pledge milestones, also called the Chairman's Club.
Subscription: Optional time-based benefits with their own billing or access-pass terms.
Nomads contribution rank: A separate community label. It is not an RSI spending tier or a site staff role.

Use the official account record rather than summing another person's pledge list.

Expected result: You identify the relevant tier without calculating an invented local-currency threshold.

If it did not work: Received gifts do not count toward your own pledge progress. Ask RSI support about unusual accounting cases rather than spending to force an update.

High Admiral: RSI displays a $1,000 threshold. Listed benefits include Star Citizen access and themed items.
Grand Admiral: $2,500; the checked table lists an Executive sniper rifle.
Space Marshal: $5,000; the checked table lists an Executive exploration suit.
Wing Commander: $10,000; the checked table lists an F8C and Shock Wave paint.
Praetorian: $15,000; the checked table lists an Executive F8C and themed scatterguns.
Legatus Navium: $25,000; the checked table lists an Executive 600i. Rewards and delivery status can change.

An account reward and a ship-only pledge are different entitlements.

Inspect the High Admiral reward pledge and Account Settings Game Library. My Hangar > GAME ACCESS lists eligible attributed pledges and marks the protected selection; read the contents without changing it.

Expected result: You can identify the pledge supplying Star Citizen access.

If it did not work: The official 2 October 2026 article describes a selection window ending 1 November 2026. Its Squadron 42 example is not universal eligibility; retain the historical March 2022 condition. Do not reclaim or change a pledge to follow this read-only check.

Eligibility for a wave does not mean the test environment is always running.

Compare your eligible group with the wave currently opened by RSI before trying to enter PTU.

Expected result: You know whether your group is included in this test opening.

If it did not work: Subscriber access and activity-based invitations coexist with Concierge waves. A PTU wave is not an Evocati invitation.

Compare a missing reward with its eligibility date and delivery notes before contacting RSI support.

Expected result: Your support question names the exact benefit and condition.

If it did not work: The March 2022 Squadron 42 grant was a limited historical condition, not a promise to new Concierge members. Keep private billing details out of public community posts.
