- Recurring plan
- Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled under their terms.
- Access pass
- A separate one-time option. It is not another recurring plan.

- Temporary access. A separate paid pledge offer is not the same as receiving permanent ownership with the subscription.

Check ASOP for the eligible monthly loaner. Allocation normally arrives in the first full week; an owned ship or identical existing loaner does not produce another copy. For Imperator Test Flight, play during the one-week release window.
Expected result: You find the eligible loaner or can name the allocation period and existing ship in a support question.
If it did not work: This is temporary access, not ownership. Check the current promotion and RSI support before using account repair tools.

Different currencies support different parts of the game.

Match the listed REC benefit to Arena Commander rentals before counting it in a Persistent Universe budget.
Expected result: Your aUEC budget does not include a subscriber REC allocation.
If it did not work: Read the currency label. Pledge UEC, alpha aUEC, REC and store credit are not interchangeable balances.

A coupon has eligibility rules and a maximum discount.

Compare the eligible final total with and without the coupon before choosing to use it.
Expected result: The coupon saves the amount you expected on an eligible purchase.
If it did not work: Coupons do not stack with promotional discounts and used coupons are not restored after reclaiming, gifting or refunding. Check exclusions first.
- Centurion coupon
- 10% after each accumulated 12 months, capped at a USD 50 discount under the checked rules.
- Imperator coupon
- 20% after each accumulated six months, capped at a USD 100 discount under the checked rules.
- Excluded purchases
- The rules exclude merchandise, event tickets, subscriptions, add-ons and ship modules. A maximum discount is not free store credit.

The account record is the place to see your current subscription term.

Open Account Dashboard > Settings > Billing & Subscriptions and inspect the relevant plan.
Expected result: You can identify the plan and its remaining term or renewal state.
If it did not work: Do not confuse a previous receipt with a current recurring agreement. No account or payment change is required to read the record.

Cancellation and a refund are separate requests.

If you want to stop the recurring plan, use Cancel Subscription for that plan and retain its confirmation.
Expected result: The account shows the cancellation and remaining paid term.
If it did not work: For a level or recurring-payment change, RSI describes cancellation followed by waiting for the current term to end. Check current refund conditions separately.

Stopping renewal and reversing a subscription have different effects.

Read the remaining term in Billing & Subscriptions. RSI says cancellation retains previously acquired perks; a refunded subscription instead has its rewards, benefits and flair removed.
Expected result: You distinguish acquired items from time-limited access and a separate refund request.
If it did not work: Keeping acquired perks does not extend temporary loaners or subscriber access indefinitely. No refund eligibility is promised here.
