Current independent corrections are reflected in the facts above and in catalog search, filters and comparison. Imported reference data and immutable review history stay intact. Material corrections earn current hull credit once per contributor and independent reviewer, not per revision. Existing private ship wishlists can receive one in-app notice; no email is sent.

      Plan a useful session
      YOUR FIRST USEFUL SESSION

Choose an Apollo treatment configuration before accepting patients.

Prove one pickup-to-treatment cycle with the beds actually installed, then prepare a receiving and resupply plan.

SC Nomads planning advice. The linked visual guides contain controls, illustrated steps and dated sources. Hull-specific facts: CIG Medical Gameplay Guide, configurable Apollo rooms; checked 20 October 2026 , reviewed 2026-10-20.

      1. STEP 1

        Read the installed room configuration

Walk the treatment areas, open each bed’s Digital Medical Assistant, and read its tier and supply state. Decide which patient needs which bed before leaving for a rescue.

Ready when: The medic can name the available treatment capability rather than just the ship’s advertised maximum.

        Why it matters

CIG describes configurable medical rooms with tier-dependent bed counts. Do not add the alternative maxima together or promise every advertised tier at once.

        Open the practical guide
      2. STEP 2

        Make one explicit patient handoff

After the pilot confirms parked, bring the patient to the assigned bed, read the injury screen and treatment result, and tell the pilot whether to remain or depart for higher care.

Ready when: Pilot, medic and patient agree whether treatment is complete or a transfer is still needed.

        Why it matters

Use the actual configured bed, not a Medivac variant assumption or an old drone promise. No autonomous recovery or current drone control is established by this plan.

        Open the practical guide
      3. STEP 3

Reset beds before accepting another call

Confirm patients have left or agreed to travel, reload a bed through its actual MedGel port, check the field kit, and select the next safe service or hospital stop.

Ready when: There is a free, supplied bed suitable for the next accepted task.

        Why it matters

Regeneration selection is a separate patient decision and does not recover lost inventory. A larger hospital still needs scene protection, supplies and an achievable landing approach.

No dated offer included for this hull yet. This does not mean it is unavailable.

Rental rules, resets and source limits

Rentals are temporary access, not ownership. The PU rental timer continues while logged out, and rented component loadouts cannot be customized. Daily rates above do not establish discounts for longer rentals. RSI rental rules (updated 2026-04-28).

In-game purchases are distinct from pledges and may be affected by Alpha resets. RSI in-game purchase guidance.

Pledge availability and real-money prices have not been checked in this snapshot. Official ship information. An in-game offer does not establish pledge availability or that a game package is included.

      PEOPLE AND PREPARATION

What changes when a friend joins?

      When you are alone

Pilot and medical work are separate tasks. Start parked with one consenting practice patient; do not take simultaneous flight and treatment duties as evidence that the ship is ready for a busy rescue queue.

2 advertised crew. This is an advertised crew reference, not a solo recommendation or passenger-seat count.

Record my Apollo Triage setup and results

      With your crew

Keep a pilot responsible for approach and departure while the medic manages bed assignment, injuries and supplies. Give the patient one clear contact for treatment and transfer.

Search uses members’ shared ship and activity preferences. It does not promise an available pilot or access to their ship.

Regeneration has a range limitOfficial reference · Leaving your selected medical bed

The current reference gives T3: 50 km, T2: 8,000 km and T1: 750 million km. A failed or out-of-range bed sends you home.

      What helps

Select the bed and check its actual tier, range and status. All three tiers support regeneration; old no-respawn advice may be obsolete.

      Regeneration costs 100 cSCU. Capacity is T3: 200, T2: 400, T1: 600 cSCU; treatment also consumes supplies.

      What helps

Carry spare 200 cSCU canisters and refill the bed port. Count supplies before accepting another rescue.

Stabilization is not a full cureOfficial reference · Choosing where to take an injured player

T3 beds treat minor injuries. Moderate injuries need T2 or better; severe injuries need T1 or a hospital.

      What helps

Read the injury and bed tier. Stabilize first, then transport to adequate care.

A field repair is not a factory resetOfficial reference · Restoring a destroyed component

A repaired destroyed component is not fully restored. If destroyed again, it needs docking before another repair.

      What helps

Repair enough to return safely, then service the ship. Do not budget repeated destruction as unlimited repairs.
