Current independent corrections are reflected in the facts above and in catalog search, filters and comparison. Imported reference data and immutable review history stay intact. Plan a useful session
      YOUR FIRST USEFUL SESSION

Use both Starlancer MAX cargo areas without losing the crew route.

Complete a small distributed load and verify each loading area before adopting a larger freight routine.

SC Nomads planning advice. The linked visual guides contain controls, illustrated steps and dated sources. Hull-specific facts: CIG Starlancer MAX Q&A, historical layout and role reference , reviewed 2026-10-20; source reference, not a gameplay measurement.

      1. STEP 1

Choose one cargo area for the first batch

While parked, walk the actual cargo access and cockpit route. Choose one area for a few boxes and explain which area will be loaded next.

Ready when: The loader can identify the chosen grid and the pilot knows which access must remain stationary.

        Why it matters

The MAX Q&A separates accommodation and freight provisions. Its private sleeping rooms and shared kitchen are not medical beds or evidence of autonomous cargo handling.

        Open the practical guide
      2. STEP 2

        Rehearse the second-area handoff

Secure the trial boxes, turn off handling tools and walk the route to the other cargo area before moving another load.

Ready when: Boxes remain secured and the crew can reach both the next loading point and the cockpit.

        Why it matters

Do not copy the TAC’s Fury hangar or support features onto a MAX. Likewise, carrying a vehicle is not evidence that it is included with a pledge or can be serviced aboard.

        Open the practical guide
      3. STEP 3

Verify two empty areas and one delivery result

At the receiver, unload the chosen shipment and inspect both cargo areas for leftovers. Read the actual accepted result before storing.

Ready when: All delivered boxes are accounted for and no crew member remains under a moving loading surface.

        Why it matters

If the remaining load blocks access, stop and unload in a different order. A large advertised capacity does not guarantee a particular contract, crate fit or profit.

No dated offer included for this hull yet. This does not mean it is unavailable.

Rental rules, resets and source limits

Rentals are temporary access, not ownership. The PU rental timer continues while logged out, and rented component loadouts cannot be customized. Daily rates above do not establish discounts for longer rentals. RSI rental rules (updated 2026-04-28).

In-game purchases are distinct from pledges and may be affected by Alpha resets. RSI in-game purchase guidance.

Pledge availability and real-money prices have not been checked in this snapshot. Official ship information. An in-game offer does not establish pledge availability or that a game package is included.

      PEOPLE AND PREPARATION

What changes when a friend joins?

      When you are alone

Inspect both cargo areas before buying or accepting a large manifest. A long-range accommodation layout does not shorten the walk between flight, handling and delivery.

Engineering access varies by hullOfficial reference · Assigning an engineer to this crew

The official 4.8 table distinguishes full, partial and basic implementations. A working console does not prove every component is physically accessible.
